About the Founder

Erica Bennett, MBA, is the Founder and CEO of Flourishing Minds Learning Academy and the creator of The Flourishing Framework™, a performance system designed to develop academically excellent, confident, and principled student leaders. A former founding principal of an Early College High School, she led her campus to consecutive state distinction designations and a 100% associate degree attainment rate. The school currently continues the 100% degree attainment rate with the systems Erica and her team built in 2017. Under her leadership, students consistently exceeded SAT, TSI, and state academic growth averages, and the campus earned multiple high-performance ratings.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning campus leadership, advanced academics, literacy intervention, and instructional coaching, Erica specializes in designing academic systems that elevate college readiness and long-term student performance. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Secondary Education, Master of Business Administration, Principal Certification, and ongoing graduate studies in Christian Education. Erica also holds certifications in project management and women’s entrepreneurship, reinforcing her systems-oriented leadership approach.
